Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Saito counters with a three punch combo that has Jackson backing up. Jackson nods at Saito to acknowledge the strikes. Jackson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Saito closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away. Saito lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Jackson misses with the combination.
Jackson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jackson throws a head kick that misses. Saito lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson fails to land with a series of punches.
Saito closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jackson quickly recovers to half guard. Saito is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Saito is keen to just control but Jackson is a slippery customer. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saito is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Saito is trying to control the action in half guard but Jackson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Saito is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jackson defends it well. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jackson can do anything to dispel that myth. Saito is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Saito is trying to work for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.
Saito seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jackson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Saito seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Jackson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
