Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shachlo Popyachtsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Popyachtsa has chosen Upyachka Dance as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Long fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Long misses with a wild combination.
Popyachtsa uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Long.

Long throws a left and a right that both miss
and Popyachtsa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Alex Long has been cut.
Long looks to land a combination but Popyachtsa avoids it well.
Popyachtsa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Popyachtsa counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Long thinking.

Alex Long seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Popyachtsa drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Popyachtsa lands a left and a right that send Long crashing to the mat, dazed. Popyachtsa thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Popyachtsa lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Long can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Popyachtsa and Long drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Popyachtsa.
