Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Devin Houle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joshua Kohlbeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houle gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kohlbeck counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Houle thinking.
Houle decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Houle goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kohlbeck has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Houle but great work by Kohlbeck.

Kohlbeck defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Houle.
Houle is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kohlbeck can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
