Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Red takes the fight into the clinch.
Red has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Souza regains guard immediately.
Red might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Souza tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Red has gone for a leg lock! Souza slips out almost immediately though and dives into Red's guard.
Red keeping moving, preventing Souza from controlling successfully.
Souza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Red has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Souza has managed to get both his arms back between Red's legs - danger averted.
Souza wants to control from the top but Red keeps moving.

Red looking for subs off his back but Souza has passed one foot through into half guard.
Souza not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Souza thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Red's head.
Souza is trying to control. Red wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Red is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Red is breathing heavily.
Souza seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Red does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Souza is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Red is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
