Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nanos Perdatov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Ares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ares is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Baby. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as John Ares enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nanos Perdatov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Ares! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ares throws a right and a left that Perdatov avoids nicely. Ares misses with a double jab.
Sloppy strikes from Ares. Those never looked like landing. Ares fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Perdatov swats away the attempt to clinch by Ares. Ares misses with a two punch combination.
Ares wants to clinch but Perdatov slips to the side and Perdatov counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ares! Perdatov looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Perdatov lands a big elbow. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ares is trying to escape the mount.
Ares tries to hold on but Perdatov pushes him away. Perdatov raining down hammerfists from mount. Perdatov is working for a guillotine from mount but Ares frees his head quite easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perdatov has control of Ares's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ares regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Perdatov working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Ares turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Perdatov off and cradles Ares's limp body as Perdatov celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Nanos Perdatov!
