Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tunying Jedi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Turk Ransel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jedi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Binilanggo. Ransel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bro Hymm- Pennywise. Tunying Jedi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tunying Jedi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Turk Ransel! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jedi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ransel tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jedi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ransel avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jedi misses with a body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Jedi as Ransel shoots in. Ransel tries a head kick but it misses.
Ransel closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jedi circles away. Ransel shoots for a double leg takedown but Jedi sprawls well. He's pushed Ransel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tunying Jedi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Turk Ransel. Jedi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Jedi misses with a hook. Donk. Jedi catches Ransel right on the button with a cross.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ransel feints and as Jedi raises his hands in defense, Ransel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Ransel throws a big right hand that misses. Jedi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ransel. Ransel throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ransel with a nice head shot there. Ransel stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jedi swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ransel slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jedi wants to stand and escape but Ransel is having none of it.
Turk Ransel has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Ransel shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ransel. Ransel gets a double leg takedown into Jedi's guard. Jedi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ransel. Ransel not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Ransel trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ransel seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Jedi can't keep his opponent in guard - Ransel advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ransel is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jedi has managed to free his arm - good work. Ransel controlling the action here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Turk Ransel dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jedi leaves Ransel with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Ransel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jedi as he avoids it easily. Ransel closes the distance looking to clinch and Ransel takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ransel throws a series of punches but Jedi moves out of range. Ransel tries to clinch up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ransel slips under a jab from Jedi. The fighters circling - Jedi throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jedi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ransel pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jedi moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Ransel shoots in but no luck this time. Tunying Jedi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Turk Ransel. Jedi throws a poor cross that misses
and Ransel counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jedi's knee momentarily. Jedi jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ransel tries to clinch but Jedi is having none of it. Ransel throws a series of punches but Jedi moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jedi misses with a two punch combination.
Tunying Jedi is winning the standup battle so far. Jedi throws a looping overhand right but Ransel ducks down to avoid it. Jedi clobbers Ransel with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Ransel throws a body punch but Jedi moves out of range. Ransel shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jedi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jedi is looking to stand up but Ransel isn't so interested in that idea. Jedi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jedi being controlled here, momentarily. Ransel trying to control the position from guard on top but Jedi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ransel is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Turk Ransel. Ransel misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ransel ducks under a wild hook from Jedi. Tunying Jedi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ransel shoots in but Jedi avoids the takedown attempt easily. Ransel shoots in looking for a takedown but Jedi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ransel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Tunying Jedi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jedi displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Jedi cracks Ransel with a good jab. Ransel closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jedi to the mat! Jedi manages to get full guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jedi is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ransel is controlling him. Ransel throwing strikes from guard but Jedi blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Turk Ransel will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Jedi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Turk Ransel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ransel slips a straight right by Jedi. Ransel shoots in looking for a takedown. Jedi tries to sprawl out of it but Ransel keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jedi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jedi looks to land a right hand but Ransel moved out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ransel misses with a takedown attempt - Jedi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ransel keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jedi.

Jedi wants to get back to his feet but Ransel is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Turk Ransel has got the better of the ground game so far. Jedi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Ransel looking to pass the guard. Jedi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ransel. Ransel slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ransel trying to control but Jedi is working from the bottom. Ransel trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Turk Ransel is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jedi scores with a shot to the body.
Jab from Jedi. Jedi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ransel. Ransel steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jedi. Ransel uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jedi.

Jedi getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Ransel ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Ransel fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jedi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ransel sees it coming and avoids it easily. Tunying Jedi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ransel tries to clinch but Jedi moves away enabling Jedi to counter with a crisp jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Tunying Jedi showed his dominance in that final round. I think Ransel has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
