The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera throws a right hand that Knocks ducks under and follows up with a left that Knocks also avoids with ease.

Antonio Rivera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rivera has his foot on Knocks 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Knocks works his way back into a safe position though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Knocks has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rivera to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Knocks is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rivera pulls down on the head and he's put Knocks to sleep! This one is all over!
