Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Two (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Bede (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Two! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lucas Bede! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Two. Mark Two seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bede stuffs the takedown. Two gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bede counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Two is lucky that one didn't land flush. Two just misses with a punch to the body.

Two throws a body kick that misses. Two shoots and misses and Bede moves into the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Two. That's going to take a lot out of him. Two lands with a short head shot on the inside. Two misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bede lands an elbow inside. Two is working for takedown but Bede is calmly controlling the position for now. Two fails to pull guard.

Two tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bede pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Bede with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Bede creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Bede escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Two looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bede! Two is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bede to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bede shrugs it off. Bede is trying desperately to improve position. Two lands a big elbow.

Bede wants to control but Two is having none of it. Two tries to control but Bede wriggling away. Bede really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Two. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bede manages to regain half guard. Good work. Two is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bede defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are battling for position here. Bede manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Two in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Two trying to control the position from guard on top but Bede is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Two advances position into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bede is looking for a sweep. Two wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bede, who protects the arm well. Bede is not content to let Two control the position. Bede is letting Two control him for a moment. Two misses with an attempted head punch from side control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bede is pushing Two's head away, looking to escape. Two manages to hold on to the position though. Bede tries to get back to half guard but can't. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Two working the ground and pound from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Two dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Two tries for a takedown but Bede circles away easily and Bede counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Two gets the takedown into side control. Bede manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Bede moves into full guard.
Two stays in close to Bede's body and controls the position. Twois looking to pass into half guard but Bede pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Bede is in guard. Bede stands and throws Two's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bede is working Two over with some ground and pound from side control. Two manages to get back to half guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bede's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Two looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bede has picked Two up and slammed him! Two can't keep hold of the triangle and Bede manages to pass to side control! Bede staying calm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bede trying to control the position but Two is working away. Bede has control of an arm but Two manages to advance to Bede's back! Bede breaks Two's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Two looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bede is defending well. Two quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bede has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Two celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
