Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Baby Day (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ari Nieminen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We're going to have a standup here because Baby Day wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Day looks up at the clock and then as Nieminen takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Day smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Day seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Nieminen for as long as he can get away with.
