Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ubbu Lindo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Oliver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Oliver scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Ubbu Lindo has been cut.
A left and a right from Oliver both land. Nice combination.
Lindo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Oliver to the mat! Oliver manages to get full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Lindo stands and throws Oliver's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Lindo just content to control the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Lindo has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Lindo seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Oliver for as long as he can get away with.

Oliver's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
