The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Q feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Q got a little sloppy there for a moment and Damn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Q has managed to get both his arms back between Damn's legs - danger averted. Q trying to control but Damn is working from the bottom. Damn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Q can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Damn has his feet on Q's thighs here. He's pushed Q off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Q screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Stewart Damn!
