Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paul Potts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerald T Inglewood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inglewood has chosen Cant Be touched as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Paul Potts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerald T Inglewood! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Inglewood looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Potts is controlling Inglewood's posture. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Potts is on top in guard.
Potts missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Inglewood keeping moving, preventing Potts from controlling successfully. Potts loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Potts thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Potts uses his free foot to push down on Inglewood's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Inglewood. Potts wants to finish this one by submission but Inglewood is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Potts. Potts is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Inglewood has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Potts is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Inglewood can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Potts, as he picks up the win!
