The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okami defending well as Bellringer loads up on a big left hand.
Bellringer swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Okami rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bellringer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bellringer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bellringer wants it to stay on the feet.
Bellringer darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Okami checks the leg kick.
Bellringer misses the jab.
That kick from Bellringer tenderised Okami's leg. Okami is trying to keep his angry face on.
Okami shoots in for a double leg but Bellringer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Okami avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bellringer keeps Okami at a distance using the push kick.
Okami is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bellringer jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Bellringer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Bellringer feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Okami's calf.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Okami shoots in and drives through. Bellringer sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hideyoshi Okami. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bellringer misses with an uppercut. Okami saw that one coming.
Bellringer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Bellringer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Bellringer lands a big right hand that sends Okami crashing to the mat! Bellringer stays standing though and waves Okami back to his feet!
Okami is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Okami tries to get into range but Bellringer steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Okami! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Bellringer scores the big KO victory!
