Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Mitrione (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nolan Lescaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitrione fails with the takedown.
Lescaro misses with a few strikes there.
Lescaro fails with a takedown attempt.
Lescaro misses with a wild combination.

Lescaro drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Mitrione is working an open guard so Lescaro takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Mitrione keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Horrible takedown by Lescaro or perhaps it was just good defense by Mitrione which made him look bad.
Matt Mitrione has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nolan Lescaro.
Lescaro fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Lescaro misses with a double jab

and Mitrione decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lescaro's guard.
Lescaro looks gassed!

Mitrione gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Mitrione closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lescaro circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lescaro.
Mitrione shoots in for a takedown but Lescaro shows good takedown defense.
Lescaro tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lescaro throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Mitrione counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lescaro!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mitrione is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Lescaro is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Lescaro flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Mitrione anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Lescaro and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Mitrione slips an arm under Lescaro chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Mitrione has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Mitrione is squeezing on Lescaro like an anaconda would it's prey. Lescaro fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
