And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dyl Jones!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Williams moves into the clinch successfully.
Jones wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Williams has him pressed against the cage.
Williams keeps control of Jones as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Williams prevents Jones from breaking the clinch.
Jones lands a nice shot to the body.
Williams is trying to maintain a safe position but Jones gets an underhook and turns Williams into the cage.

Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Williams throws a leg kick but Jones sees it coming and moves out of range.
Williams misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Williams throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jones tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Williams is in Jones's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jones not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Jones is looking for a triangle here but Williams uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Williams has hold of Jones's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Jones seems comfortable defending it but Williams has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Jones is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Jones is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Williams couldn't care less - he's delighted!

A less than humble David Williams misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
