Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Bowhime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Egorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bowhime comes to the cage accompanied by FFDP-Way Of The Fist. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowhime pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bowhime throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Egorov looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Good leg kick by Egorov there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

enabling Egorov to counter with a crisp jab.
Bowhime throws a lazy right hand but Egorov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Egorov drives through with a takedown into Bowhime's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Egorov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bowhime has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Egorov has managed to get both his arms back between Bowhime's legs - danger averted.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bowhime crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Egorov - the referee stops the clock and Bowhime gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Egorov. Bowhime manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
