Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Na (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deano Hamessy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Na tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hamessy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Na closes the distance and clinches up with Hamessy, looking for a takedown. Na pushes Hamessy against the cage but Hamessy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hamessy throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Na shoots in looking for a takedown. Hamessy tries to sprawl out of it but Na keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hamessy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Na closes the distance and clinches.
Na jumps guard but Hamessy stands there with Na around his waist. Na gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hamessy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Na circles away quickly and effectively.

Na jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hamessy walks away with a smile on his face. Na gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Deano Hamessy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hamessy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
