Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marty Laguna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cj Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laguna digs a good body shot into Becker's ribs.
Becker fails with the takedown
and Laguna counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Becker thinking.
Becker misses with a lunging right hand
and Laguna counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Laguna throws a right and a left that both miss.
Laguna catches Becker with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Laguna cracks Becker with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Laguna dips to his left and cracks Becker with an uppercut!
A right-left combo lands from Laguna.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Becker with a poor takedown
and Laguna counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Becker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Laguna is fending him off so far but Becker persists. Nope, Laguna circles away and we're back to standing.
Marty Laguna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cj Becker.

and Laguna counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Becker looks gassed!
Laguna scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Becker doesn't seem bothered though.
Becker takes a jab right on the kisser.
The fighters circle momentarily. Laguna darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Becker is rocked!
Laguna drops Becker with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Becker! Laguna dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
