Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sparka Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Hawthorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawthorn comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sam & Dave - Soul Man kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man jabbing away but nothing is landing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Man looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hawthorn moves away from the strike by Man.
Hawthorn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Man avoids it really well and circles away.
Hawthorn shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Man as he jumps to the side.
Hawthorn shoots in looking for a takedown. Man tries to sprawl out of it but Hawthorn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Man manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sparka Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Hawthorn.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Man jabs Hawthorn right on the nose. Hawthorn blinks but takes it well.
Hawthorn is rocked!
Man punishes Hawthorn's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice defenses there by Hawthorn.
Hawthorn tries for a takedown but Man circles away easily
and Man counters with a crisp right that sends Hawthorn to the canvas! Man follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
