Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Manny Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dixon Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Woods kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Jackson 5 - ABC. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cox.
Cox looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jab, jab by Woods - just one landing.
Cox feints and as Woods raises his hands in defense, Cox changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Cox is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Woods defends it well.

Woods ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cox moves away.
Manny Woods is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cox shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Woods but Woods pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Woods swats away the attempt to clinch by Cox.
Woods loads up on a big right hand but Cox slips the punch.

Cox shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Woods's guard.

Cox stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Woods swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Woods is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Cox dives into side control.
Cox is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Woods is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Woods is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cox off and has taken his back!
Cox breaks Woods's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Cox prevents Woods from getting back to his feet.
Cox trying to move into half guard but instead Woods has managed to sweep!
Woods is looking to stand up but Cox won't let him.
Cox is trying to control the position but Woods postures up.
Cox looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That was a close round but I would say that Manny Woods will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Cox throws a left and a right that both miss
and Woods counters with a straight right hand.
Woods looks to score with a jab to the body but Cox is just out of range.
Cox is looking to clinch but Woods is avoiding it.
Cox with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Woods to score with a decent uppercut.
Woods thows a body shot but no joy.
Dixon Cox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cox closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Cox seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Cox wants to pass the guard but Woods is defending well.
Woods is not content to let Cox control the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Cox slows the pace down in half guard.
Woods kicks off Cox and gets to his feet.
Woods misses with a wild body shot.

Cox shoots for a double leg takedown but Woods sprawls well. He's pushed Cox's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Woods throws a right hand that Cox ducks under and follows up with a left that Cox also avoids with ease.
Woods is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cox.
Cox looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Woods!
Cox wants to take Woods's back but he can't do it this time.
Cox looking to control but Woods is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Cox pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Woods is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Cox has taken his back.
Cox has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Woods is defending well but eventually Cox manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Woods has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
