7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roy Keane! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trautman lands a jab to the nose. Keane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A swing and a miss from Keane. Trautman tries to clinch up. Keane gets caught napping as Trautman dives in and scores a takedown. Keane manages to retain guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Trautman throwing strikes from guard but Keane blocks nicely. Keane controls Trautman momentarily but Trautman frees himself. Trautman advances position into side control! Trautman looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Keane wants to control but Trautman postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trautman lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Keane down.
Trautman swings around for an armbar but Keane sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Trautman's guard. Trautman trying to strike off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Keane taking a break here but Trautman is having none of it and regains half guard. Trautman is refusing to be controlled, as Keane sits in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trautman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Keane is working away from the top position though. Trautman wants to get back to full guard. Trautman controlling the position well. Trautman is looking to improve his position.

Keane passes to full mount! Keane looking to ground and pound but Trautman is blocking nicely. Trautman is desperately trying to improve his position but Keane has a good base and remains in mount. Trautman wants to control but Keane is keeping him busy. Trautman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Keane is looking to control Trautman's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Keane avoid being mounted?
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A shot to the liver by Trautman. Beautiful body shot. Keane throws a head kick that half lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Keane throws a sloppy head kick and Trautman moves out of range easily.

A head kick misses from Keane. Trautman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Willians Trautman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Keane is breathing heavily. Trautman missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Trautman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Trautman lands a nice short elbow. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Trautman in particular looking to stall. Trautman missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Trautman moves nicely into side control. Keane is looking for a sweep. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The strikes coming from Trautman are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Trautman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Trautman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Keane tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Keane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trautman was well out of range. Poor timing from Keane. Keane loads up on a big right hand but Trautman slips the punch. Trautman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Trautman takes a kick to the side of the head. A right-left combo lands from Trautman. Trautman punishes Keane's body with a nice straight punch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Keane throws the kick towards the body but Trautman avoids it. Keane avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Keane wants to pass the guard but Trautman is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trautman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Trautman wriggles free and stands up. Trautman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Trautman moves in looking to clinch but Keane pushes him off. Trautman tries to clinch up. Roy Keane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Trautman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Trautman controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Keane scores with a head kick. Trautman tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Trautman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Keane but Keane pushes him off and we're back to square one. A head kick misses from Keane. Trautman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Both fighters circling a little - Keane finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Willians Trautman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Keane moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Keane throws a sloppy head kick and Trautman moves out of range easily. Trautman takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Trautman is looking to wear down Keane with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Keane lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trautman uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Keane.
Keane keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Willians Trautman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Keane explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Trautman takes one to the side of the head.
Keane throws a looping overhand right but Trautman ducks down to avoid it. Keane scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Trautman is looking to clinch. Keane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A head kick by Keane misses and Trautman counters with a left and a right that stings Keane. Trautman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Trautman stalls. Keane tightens his grip and picks Trautman up, before dumping him to the ground. Trautman manages to land in guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trautman is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Keane postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Trautman looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Trautman is looking to stand up but Keane isn't so interested in that idea. Keane must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Trautman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Keane!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trautman is standing up, even though he is in mount. Keane dodges the punch combination from Trautman.
Keane throws a sloppy head kick and Trautman moves out of range easily. Trautman scores with a sloppy right hand. Keane should have avoided that one. Keane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Keane throws an overhand right that lands on Trautman's shoulder, as Trautman tries to avoid the shot. Keane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Trautman gets a clinch.

Trautman wants to sweep here but Keane controlling him for the moment. Trautman not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Trautman pulls Keane in close to prevent any damage. Trautman has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Keane has passed into side control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Trautman defending against the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roy Keane dominated that fourth round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Keane throws a shot from downtown. Trautman moves away and avoids it. Keane gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Trautman to score an easy takedown into full guard. Trautman wants to control from the top but Keane keeps moving. Trautman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Willians Trautman wasn't doing enough on the ground. Trautman closes the distance and clinches. Keane tries for a takedown. No joy.
Trautman gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Trautman trying to move into half guard but instead Keane has managed to sweep! Trautman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Keane defends well. Trautman looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Keane passes into half guard.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. Keane is looking to stall here but Trautman recovers full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Keane has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Trautman to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Keane is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Trautman pulls down on the head and he's put Keane to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 5, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Willians Trautman! Willians Trautman is the new welterweight champion! Willians Trautman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
