The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blythe avoids the body shot from Ferreira.
Ferreira tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Blythe was well out of range. Poor timing from Ferreira.
Blythe shoots in but no luck this time.
Blythe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ferreira throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ferreira closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Blythe quickly recovers to half guard.

Blythe tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Ferreira cranks the arm and Blythe screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Blythe, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
