Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitre Jarlievski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarlievski comes to the cage accompanied by Martians vs Goblins - The Game feat. Tyler the Creator. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mitre Jarlievski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Cooper! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jarlievski has a takedown stuffed. Cooper throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jarlievski shoots in but no luck this time. Jarlievski closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jarlievski lands in his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jarlievski trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cooper wants to sweep but no luck. Jarlievski scoring with some ground and pound. Jarlievski with a flurry of punches that miss. Jarlievski trying to control the position from guard on top but Cooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jarlievski throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cooper works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Cooper is looking for a triangle but Jarlievski pushes his legs off easily.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jarlievski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Jarlievski is looking to work some ground and pound but Cooper has wrist control. Jarlievski keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cooper's head. Cooper is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Cooper looks gassed! Cooper is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jarlievski postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Jarlievski tries to free his leg and advance position but Cooper is retaining full guard. Jarlievski is working hard here to advance position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jarlievski trying to control the position from guard on top but Cooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jarlievski scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Cooper keeping moving, preventing Jarlievski from controlling successfully. Jarlievski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Cooper tries to land a sweep but no joy. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jarlievski is working Cooper over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cooper looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jarlievski is one step ahead there. Jarlievski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cooper swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mitre Jarlievski dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Jarlievski closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jarlievski is looking to take a break and control but Cooper is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jarlievski works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Jarlievski cracks Cooper with a big right hand but Cooper just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jarlievski passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Cooper! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jarlievski looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Cooper is rocked! Cooper is breathing heavily. Jarlievski looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Cooper covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
