Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mikkel Bukholt Nielsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva dives in and grabs Nielsen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nielsen pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.
Silva rushes Nielsen and presses him up against the cage.
Silva wants to break free but Nielsen has control.
Nielsen with a knee to the head.
It looks like Felipe Silva has been cut.
Nielsen misses with a knee to the head.
Nielsen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Nielsen tries to land a knee to the head but Silva blocks with his arms.
Silva is trying to break free.
Silva blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Nielsen trying to stall but Silva improves his position.
Silva drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Silva blocks an elbow strike from Nielsen.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nielsen stops a takedown attempt from Silva.
Mikkel Bukholt Nielsen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felipe Silva.
Silva tries to circle away but Nielsen has him pinned against the cage.

Nielsen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Nielsen, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Nielsen against the cage but Nielsen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nielsen looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well.
Nielsen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Silva shoots in and drives through. Nielsen sprawls well.
Nielsen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nielsen wants it to stay on the feet.
Nice takedown defense from Nielsen. No joy for Silva on that attempt.
Silva looks gassed!
Nielsen tries a head kick but it misses.
Nielsen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nielsen wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Nielsen shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Nielsen lands a jab-cross combination.
Silva has a takedown stuffed.
Nielsen misses with a takedown attempt - Silva sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nielsen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Silva quickly recovers to half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Nielsen content to control rather than advance.
Nielsen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Silva does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Nielsen is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Silva defends it well.
Nielsen is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Silva sees it coming and defends easily.
Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nielsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nielsen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Silva is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
