Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machdoor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Satan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machdoor will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Machdoor looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Machdoor fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lyoto Machdoor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Satan shoots in looking for a takedown but Machdoor manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Satan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Satan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Machdoor slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Satan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Machdoor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Machdoor manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Satan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Machdoor defends it easily.
Satan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Machdoor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Satan has his feet on Machdoor's thighs here. He's pushed Machdoor off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Machdoor screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
