The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith looks to score with a jab to the body but Dos Santos is just out of range.
Dos Santos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Smith sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Smith throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Marcos Dos Santos has been cut.
Dos Santos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Dos Santos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dos Santos takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Dos Santos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dos Santos closes the distance and pushes Smith back into the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Smith.

Smith scores with a shot to the side of Dos Santos's head.
Dos Santos tries to score a body lock takedown but Smith shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Dos Santos tries to circle away but Smith has him pinned against the cage.
Smith lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dos Santos backwards.
Smith pushes Dos Santos back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Smith lands a body shot in the clinch.
Dos Santos blocks a body shot from Smith.
Smith lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Dos Santos is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Smith creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Dos Santos with a big uppercut! Dos Santos tries to clinch up but Smith pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Dos Santos to the mat! Dos Santos covers up and Smith unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
