Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conrad Poohs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poohs comes into a darkened arena with his song building. dancing teeth kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Conrad Poohs has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Conrad Poohs! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Poohs fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Miller checks it well. Poohs throws out a loose jab but Miller uses good head movement to avoid it. A swing and a miss from Poohs. Poohs fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Poohs doesn't succeed with the takedown and Miller counters with a takedown into side control. Poohs sneaks back into half guard. Miller is pressing down on Poohs's thigh, looking to free his foot. Poohs is holding on for now. The fighters are battling for position here. Poohs manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Poohs being controlled here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller trying to control but Poohs is working from the bottom. Poohs trying to keep a closed guard but Miller is proving a slippery customer.
Poohs looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Miller in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Miller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Poohs on the ground. Poohs is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Miller defends well. Poohs keeping moving, preventing Miller from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller throwing strikes but missing. Poohs not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Miller wants to control from the top but Poohs keeps moving. Poohs wants to sweep but no luck. Poohs had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Miller defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Poohs bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Miller's guard. Poohs is looking to work some ground and pound but Miller has wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miller keeping moving, preventing Poohs from controlling successfully. Poohs missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miller has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miller gets a double leg takedown into Poohs's guard. Poohs keeping full guard, as Miller tries to pass. Poohs keeping moving, preventing Miller from controlling successfully. Miller postures up in Poohs's guard and throws a big left but Poohs blocks it. Poohs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Poohs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Poohs lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Miller! Poohs controlling from the full mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poohs looking to ground and pound but Miller is blocking nicely. Poohs goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Miller is on top in guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Poohs is on top in guard.

Miller can't keep his opponent in guard - Poohs advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Poohs missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Poohs passes to side control. Miller tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Poohs wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Miller is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Conrad Poohs has got the better of the ground game so far. Poohs scoring with punches and elbows. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Poohs cracks Miller with an elbow. That is naaassty. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Conrad Poohs showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Miller uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Poohs. Poohs misses with a straight left. Good work by Miller as he checks the leg kick. Miller fails in his attempt to clinch. Poohs pivots, looking for a leg kick but Miller is out of range and Poohs settles back down. Miller slips a jab from Poohs. Poohs fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Miller manages to avoid it. Poohs changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Poohs misses with a low kick. Poohs throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Miller tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Poohs is in Miller's guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Poohs stands and throws Miller's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poohs decides to stand up, so the ref orders Miller to his feet. Poohs decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Poohs stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Miller to get to his feet. Miller ducks under a wild hook from Poohs. Poohs shoots in for a takedown but Miller shows good takedown defense.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poohs shoots in and bounces Miller off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Poohs stops Miller from standing up. Poohs trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. Poohs decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Jermaine Miller has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Poohs avoids it really well and circles away. Poohs throws a hook to the side of Miller's head but Miller sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Conrad Poohs is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Poohs throws a body punch but Miller moves out of range. Miller uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Poohs.
Nice defenses there by Miller. Good work by Miller as he checks the leg kick. Poohs swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller moves out of range as Poohs strikes. Poohs ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Conrad Poohs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Poohs is looking to chop away at Miller's legs. Poohs lands a body shot.
Poohs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Poohs showed some decent athleticism there. Poohs with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Conrad Poohs comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Poohs has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
