Hogin comes to the cage accompanied by real american. Proudstar has chosen "Run to the hills" by Iron Maiden as his entrance music. James Proudstar has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hulk Hogin's chin.

22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Proudstar! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Proudstar blocks a head kick by Hogin.
Hogin scores with a nice head shot. Proudstar throws a poor cross that misses
and Hogin counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Hogin throws a head kick that misses enabling Proudstar to counter with a crisp jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A head kick by Hogin misses and Proudstar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Hogin throws a sloppy head kick and Proudstar moves out of range easily. Hogin slips a straight right by Proudstar. Hogin lands a head shot. Hogin moves away from the strike by Proudstar. Proudstar scores with a nice head shot. Proudstar staying out of range there. Hogin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Proudstar lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Hogin throws a head kick that misses. Hogin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Proudstar manages to avoid it. Hogin connects with a looping right hand.
James Proudstar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hogin shoots in for a takedown but Proudstar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hogin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Proudstar was well out of range. Poor timing from Hogin. Hogin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hogin scores a takedown into full mount! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Proudstar wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Proudstar is looking to improve his position but Hogin isn't that keen on the idea. Hogin lands a big elbow.
Proudstar is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hogin is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Proudstar has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Proudstar is desperately trying to improve his position but Hogin has a good base and remains in mount. Hogin fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Proudstar is still in real trouble! Can Hogin finish him? Proudstar is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hogin looking to secure an arm triangle but Proudstar defends it well. A big strike lands for Hogin! That's really hurt Proudstar and he's turned his back - Hogin keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Hogin jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
