Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Geronimo Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Built Win!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Win displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Santos.
Santos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Win was well out of range. Poor timing from Santos.
Santos dives in and grabs Win's left leg, looking for a takedown. Win pushes down on Santos's head and hops out.
Santos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Win is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Santos misses with a lunging right hand
and Win counters with a straight right hand.
Santos takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Win slips under a jab from Santos.
Santos tries to score a power double leg takedown but Win sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Santos somewhat.

Santos takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Win stuffs the takedown.

Win really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Santos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Santos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Win lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Santos shoots in looking for a takedown. Win tries to sprawl out of it but Santos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Win manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Built Win showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Santos shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Win as he avoids it easily.
Win throws a series of punches but Santos moves out of range.
Santos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Santos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Santos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Win manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Win gets caught napping as Santos dives in and scores a takedown. Win manages to retain guard.
Santos loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Santos wants to control from the top but Win keeps moving.

We're going to have a standup here because Geronimo Santos wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Win scores with the left hand. Santos knows he should have avoided that one.

I would just about give that final round to Built Win.
I think Win has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
