The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard throws a low kick but Stiches avoids it.
Howard has closed the distance and engaged Stiches in a clinch.
Knees in the clinch landing for Howard.
Howard pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Howard pulls Stiches into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Howard is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Howard has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Stiches doesn't defend quickly enough and Howard has managed to lock this one up! Can Stiches escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Howard on a fantastic submission victory.
