Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago comes to the cage accompanied by Russian National Anthem. The crowd seem to be enjoying Jenkins's choice of entrance music: I Am a Cybernetic Organism, Living Tissue Over (Metal) Endoskeleton. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooh!!! Drago has knocked Jenkins down with a huge combo! Drago steps away and waves a wobbly Jenkins back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Drago swinging wildly here.
Drago has taken the fight to the clinch.
Drago throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Jenkinss head.
That has opened up Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins's cut even more.
Drago lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Jenkins or not.
Jenkins landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Drago lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jenkins backwards.

Jenkins tries to pull guard but Drago won't allow it.
Jenkins looks gassed!
Drago lands a hook to the side of the head.
A nice left hand lands by Drago.
Jenkins gets control of Drago's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jenkins will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Drago looking to sit in guard and control but Jenkins gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Drago is wriggling around but Jenkins manages to pass to half guard.
Drago wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Drago on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Drago tries to get out of the position.
Jenkins is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Drago defends it well.
Jenkins prevents Drago from standing back up.
Jenkins is looking to take a break and control but Drago is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Drago tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jenkins has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
You get the feeling that Drago really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jenkins scoring with strikes but Drago is staying in there.
Jenkins with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Drago knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jenkins on the ground.
Drago is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jenkins tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Jenkins is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Drago is forced to tap! Great finish!
