Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Super Slayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chico Grande (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Grande's choice of entrance music: Maestre - Calles De Medellín . Super Slayer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slayer loads up on a big right hand but Grande slips the punch.
Slayer misses with a straight left.

Grande lands a high kick!
Grande buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Slayer throws a looping overhand right but Grande ducks down to avoid it.
Super Slayer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slayer misses with an uppercut. Grande saw that one coming.
Slayer misses the jab.
Grande has taken the fight to the clinch.
Slayer tries to break free but Grande pushes him back against the ropes.
Grande throws an elbow but it misses.
Grande is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Slayer is defending well for now.

Slayer catches Grande with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Grande tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Slayer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Grande lands a nice looking kick to the body. Slayer takes a step back to recover.
Grande pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A telegraphed right hand from Slayer misses the target.

Slayer throws a good cross that connects.

Slayer thuds his right hand into Grande's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Grande lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grande ducks under a wild hook from Slayer.

Grande tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Slayer was well out of range. Poor timing from Grande.

Nice uppercut lands for Slayer. That snapped Grande's head back.

Slayer is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Grande is keeping busy.

Grande works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Slayer misses with a hook. Grande ducked under it nicely.
Slayer throws an overhand right that lands on Grande's shoulder, as Grande tries to avoid the shot.
Grande lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Slayer connects with a single shot there.
Grande misses with a double jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Grande clinches.
Grande throws an elbow that misses.
Grande lands an elbow inside that Slayer shrugs off.
Grande escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Super Slayer will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Super Slayer's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Slayer drops Grande with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Grande looks back up at him and smiles so Slayer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Grande is rocked!
It looks like Chico Grande has been cut.
Slayer cracks Grande with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Slayer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Grande to stand back up!
Grande is still on wobbly legs! Can Slayer finish him?

Slayer looks to land a left hand but Grande moved out of range nicely.
Slayer misses with a hook.
Slayer is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Slayer throws a right hand that misses
and Grande counters with a good low kick that Slayer was not able to check.
Slayer misses with an uppercut
and Grande counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Slayer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Slayer lands a brutal uppercut that launches Grande off his feet! Grande tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Super Slayer!
