Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Bandage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Skyscrapers - Ready, Set, Fall!. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson lands a nice looking body shot.
Anderson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bandage misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Anderson misses with a low kick.
Bandage comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Anderson throws a solid leg kick but Bandage takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Anderson.
Anderson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Anderson lands in his opponent's guard.
Bandage wants to get back to his feet but Anderson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Bandage looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Anderson won't allow Bandage to get back to his feet.

Anderson looking to sit in guard and control but Bandage gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Anderson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Anderson is defended easily by Bandage.

Bandage defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Anderson.
Bandage lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Anderson circles away quickly and effectively.
Bandage lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bandage.
Bandage throws a big shot that misses.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bandage checks a leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Anderson.
Anderson looks to score with a jab to the body but Bandage is just out of range.
Bandage moves away from the strike by Anderson.

Anderson throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Bandage throws a right and a left that Anderson avoids nicely.
Bandage ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Bandage lands with a nice combination. Anderson backs away looking to recover.
Anderson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bandage checks it well.
Anderson misses with a wild body shot.
Anderson shoots in but no luck this time.
Jamal Bandage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Anderson.
Anderson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bandage sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Anderson somewhat.
Bandage throws a lazy head kick
and Anderson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bandage!
Bandage is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Bandage blocking the ground and pound.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bandage wants to control but Anderson is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bandage is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Anderson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Anderson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Bandage wants to control but Anderson is having none of it.
Anderson trying to control but he's not successful this time.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bandage is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Anderson throwing strikes here but Bandage is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Bandage is trying to stand but he's just given Anderson his back.
Anderson trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Bandage doesn't escape.
Anderson somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Anderson looking for the choke from the back.
Anderson has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Bandage is defending well but eventually Anderson manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Bandage has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
