Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mango McAbbott!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAbbott shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jones lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Mango McAbbott has been cut.
Jones throws a right hand that McAbbott ducks under and follows up with a left that McAbbott also avoids with ease.
McAbbott throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A swing and a miss from McAbbott.
McAbbott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McAbbott thows a body shot but no joy.
Jones thuds a left hand into McAbbott's body.
McAbbott fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away.
McAbbott takes one on the chin but seems OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones uses good head movement to avoid the hook from McAbbott.
Jones scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jones keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jones scores with a hook to the body. McAbbott takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
McAbbott looks gassed!
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jones connects with a body shot that sends McAbbott's belly button to the back.
Jones fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. McAbbott looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jones lands a two punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones feints a jab promting McAbbott to slip. Jones then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. McAbbott slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
That has opened up Mango McAbbott's cut even more.
Oooooh!!! Jones has knocked McAbbott down with a huge combo! Jones steps away and waves a wobbly McAbbott back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
McAbbott is rocked!
Jones is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Jones shuts the power down on McAbbott. Lights out, game over! Jones is your winner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Lyndon Jones!

In his post fight interview, Lyndon Jones started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
