Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dersu Uzala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Carrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carrey has chosen When the man comes around - Johnny Cash as his entrance music. Jim Carrey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Carrey.
Uzala gets a takedown into half guard.
Carrey is trying to control but Uzala passes into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carrey tries to improve position but can't.
Uzala wants to control but Carrey is keeping him busy.
Carrey manages to work his way to half guard, despite Uzala's best efforts.
Carrey looking for submissions off his back.
Uzala missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Uzala passes the guard and advances to mount!
Carrey is desperately trying to improve his position but Uzala has a good base and remains in mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carrey defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Uzala.
Carrey avoids a series of strikes thrown by Uzala.
Uzala is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Carrey is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Carrey flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Uzala anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Carrey and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Uzala slips an arm under Carrey chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Uzala has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Uzala is squeezing on Carrey like an anaconda would it's prey. Carrey fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dersu Uzala!
