Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Punch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cris Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punch comes into the arena with Get Knocked Out blaring out of the sound system. Hunter has chosen http://youtu.be/46tS09yBc9I as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of London, Cris Hunter! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunter shoots in and gets a takedown into Punch's guard. Punch on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Punch tries to get out of the position. Hunter working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hunter throws a strike but Punch rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Punch controlling from the top position. Punch stands and steps away. Hunter gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Hunter looking to score a takedown here. Punch is defending well but Hunter drives through and ends up in Punch's guard. Hunter looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Punch controlling Hunter's posture. Hunter postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Ray Punch just wasn't active enough. Punch lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Punch lands a leg kick that knocks Hunter off balance momentarily. Punch lands with a good body shot. Hunter on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Punch winds up and cracks Hunter with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Punch is nestled in close to Hunter, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Hunter looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Punch lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Punch scoring with strikes to the body and head. Punch is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunter is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Punch pulls his head out easily. Punch will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hunter taking some punishment here, with Punch in his half guard. Punch looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hunter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Punch seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hunter is rocked! Punch working the head and body with strikes. Hunter is still in real trouble! Can Punch finish him? Punch winds up and cracks Hunter with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Punch lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Hunter quite badly. Hunter pulls Punch in close trying to recover. Punch postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Hunter on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Hunter doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ray Punch! An out of breath Ray Punch thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
