Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Mckendrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francisco Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gomez has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Francisco Gomez was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Gomez shoots in for a double leg but Mckendrick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Mckendrick has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gomez uses from the top position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gomez connects with a nice short shot to Mckendrick's temple.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kevin Mckendrick will probably get the nod.
