Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elias Adramelech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bark Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foreman is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Gucci Mane - The Recipe. The key to victory for Elias Adramelech has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Elias Adramelech! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bark Foreman! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adramelech ducks under a wild hook from Foreman. Foreman misses with a lunging right hand
and Adramelech counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Foreman! Foreman regains half guard. Foreman is staying active underneath Adramelech, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Foreman moves into full guard.
Adramelech wants to control from the top but Foreman keeps moving. Adramelech landing with the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Foreman has his foot on Adramelech's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Adramelech works his way back into a safe position though. Adramelech looking to sit in guard and control but Foreman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Foreman won't allow Adramelech to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foreman passes Adramelech's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Foreman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Adramelech defends it well. Adramelech is trying to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foreman trying to control the action but Adramelech is working from the bottom. Foreman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Adramelech tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Foreman manages to move to mount!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Foreman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Foreman sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Adramelech knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Foreman on the ground. Adramelech is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Foreman cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Foreman controlling his opponent. Foreman is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Adramelech can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Adramelech in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bark Foreman dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Adramelech shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Foreman counters with a three punch combo that has Adramelech backing up. Adramelech nods at Foreman to acknowledge the strikes. Adramelech takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Foreman looks to land a left hand but Adramelech moved out of range nicely. Adramelech gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Adramelech takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Adramelech darts in and clinches Foreman up against the cage. Adramelech drops down looking for an ankle pick but Foreman pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elias Adramelech. That's going to take a lot out of him. Foreman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adramelech was well out of range. Poor timing from Foreman. Elias Adramelech is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foreman instigates a clinch. Foreman leaning his opponent against the cage. Foreman receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Foreman goes for a takedown in the clinch but Adramelech prevents it.
Adramelech drops down looking for an ankle pick but Foreman pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adramelech fails with the takedown and Foreman counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Adramelech thinking. Adramelech moves into range and clinches up with Foreman. Adramelech blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Adramelech is working for takedown but Foreman is calmly controlling the position for now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Foreman prevents a takedown attempt there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Foreman stops a takedown attempt from Adramelech.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Foreman tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Foreman as Adramelech tries to tie him up. Adramelech is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Foreman pulls him back up using the underhooks. Stalling in the clinch from Foreman.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bark Foreman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Adramelech gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Foreman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Foreman takes a swing at Adramelech's ribcage but misses. A punch combination from Foreman misses. Foreman closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Adramelech quickly recovers to half guard. Adramelech keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Foreman lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adramelech has hold of Foreman's hands but Foreman slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Foreman lands a nice short elbow. Foreman works his way into side control. Foreman scoring with punches from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foreman is trying to get an arm triangle but Adramelech is defending well. Foreman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bark Foreman has got the better of the ground game so far. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Elias Adramelech has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foreman moves into full mount! Foreman breaks from Adramelech's wrist control and lands an elbow. Bark Foreman is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Foreman postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Adramelech looks a forlorn figure.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. A nice elbow there by Foreman.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foreman sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Foreman wants to control the pace but Adramelech is squirming around nicely. Foreman postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Adramelech looks a forlorn figure.

And that's the end of the fight! Bark Foreman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Foreman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
