Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dave Carpio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy Bhuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carpio comes to the cage accompanied by Manic Hispanic. Sammy Bhuda is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dave Carpio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Sammy Bhuda!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A head kick misses from Carpio.

Carpio clinches.
Carpio lands an elbow just above Bhuda 's eye.

It looks like Sammy Bhuda has been cut.
Carpio throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Bhuda wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Carpio lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Carpio tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Carpio prevents Bhuda from breaking the clinch.
Carpio working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Carpio tries a knee to the head but Bhuda blocks it.
Bhuda wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Bhuda pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bhuda throws a body kick that misses.
Bhuda on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bhuda throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Carpio counters with a series of strikes. Bhuda will be more careful next time no doubt.
Carpio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bhuda.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Carpio slips a jab and a cross from Bhuda.
Donk. Carpio catches Bhuda right on the button with a cross.

Bhuda is rocked!
Carpio paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bhuda is still on wobbly legs! Can Carpio finish him?

Carpio takes the fight into the clinch.
Carpio landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Bhuda tries to circle away but Carpio has him pinned against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Carpio scores with a nice short uppercut.
Carpio has Bhuda pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Bhuda is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Carpio - that's hurt Bhuda badly! Oh, another knee lands and Bhuda is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Bhuda doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Dave Carpio!
After the fight, Dave Carpio was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
