Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raul Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Marvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Raul Pendragon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stanley Marvin! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pendragon throws a leg kick which misses Marvin's front leg but catches the back leg as Marvin tries to avoid it. Pendragon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marvin fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Marvin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Marvin slips a jab and a cross from Pendragon.
Pendragon displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Pendragon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marvin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Marvin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Pendragon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pendragon darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A nice leg kick lands there from Marvin. Marvin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pendragon's waist but Pendragon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marvin off to one side. Pendragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Marvin slips a jab and a cross from Pendragon.
Pendragon misses with a leg kick and Marvin counters with a leg kick. Marvin wants to clinch up but Pendragon keeps it at a distance. Pendragon throws a head kick but Marvin moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pendragon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marvin. Marvin instigates a clinch. Nice elbow from Marvin. Marvin keeps control of Pendragon as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Pendragon wants to break free but Marvin has control.
Marvin is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pendragon gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Raul Pendragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stanley Marvin. Marvin is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Pendragon is trying to break free. Pendragon can't break the clinch.

Pendragon works Marvin's body with a nice hook. Pendragon thows a leg kick but Marvin checks it and Marvin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Pendragon's guard now. Pendragon is breathing heavily. Marvin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Marvin wants to control from the top but Pendragon keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pendragon controlling Marvin's posture. Marvin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Pendragon is looking to stand up but Marvin isn't so interested in that idea. Pendragon is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Pendragon is trying to break free. Marvin lands a nice elbow. Marvin can't break the clinch.

Marvin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Pendragon pulls his leg out and moves away.

and Marvin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Marvin. Marvin wants to pass the guard but Pendragon is keeping the position. Marvin wants to control from the top but Pendragon keeps moving. Marvin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Pendragon, up you get! Marvin is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pendragon throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Marvin's head. Pendragon throws a nice looking combination but Marvin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pendragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Marvin throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Pendragon looks to land a combination but Marvin avoids it well. Pendragon fails to land with a series of punches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pendragon closes the distance and clinches up with Marvin, looking for a takedown. Pendragon pushes Marvin against the cage but Marvin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Pendragon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Marvin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pendragon swivels and escapes. Marvin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. An inside leg kick from Pendragon misses. Marvin has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Marvin successfully pulls guard.
Pendragon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marvin on the ground. Marvin is trying to keep Pendragon in close.

A close round but Stanley Marvin will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Marvin is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pendragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Pendragon misses with a few strikes there.
Marvin is looking to clinch. Pendragon misses with a kick to the body and Marvin counters with a nice low kick that buckles Pendragon's knee momentarily. Marvin throws a nice inside leg kick. A punch combination from Pendragon misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pendragon misses with a left hand and Marvin counters with an outside leg kick.
Pendragon throws a sloppy head kick and Marvin counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pendragon thinking. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pendragon throws an off balance right hand
and Marvin counters with a thumping low kick. Pendragon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Marvin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pendragon pinned against the cage. Pendragon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Marvin tries to lock up and control but Pendragon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Pendragon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Marvin is looking to get to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Marvin working to try and regain half guard.
Pendragon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Marvin is looking to escape. Marvin tries to hold on but Pendragon pushes him away. Pendragon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Marvin is looking to improve his position but Pendragon isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raul Pendragon dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Marvin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pendragon's waist but Pendragon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marvin off to one side. A combination from Pendragon does no damage. Pendragon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marvin. Marvin lands with a thumping leg kick.

Marvin shoots in for a takedown but Pendragon shows good takedown defense. Raul Pendragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stanley Marvin. A punch combination from Pendragon misses. Pendragon gets a clinch. Marvin throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Pendragon blocks it with crossed arms. A head punch on the inside from Marvin fails to land. Marvin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Marvin wants to break free but Pendragon has control.

That's one minute gone in the round. With the fighters up against the cage, Marvin throws an elbow but misses. Pendragon looking to slow down the pace here. Marvin drags the fight down to the ground.
Pendragon stands up and waves to Marvin to follow him. Pendragon lands a jab to the head.

and Marvin counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Marvin. Pendragon wants to get back to striking at distance but Marvin won't allow it.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Marvin. Marvin swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Pendragon throws a shot from downtown. Marvin moves away and avoids it. Marvin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Marvin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Marvin is looking to take a break and control but Pendragon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Marvin throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Marvin tries to score with some ground and pound. Pendragon controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Pendragon is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Marvin asserts his dominance and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Marvin is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pendragon has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marvin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pendragon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Pendragon is not content to let Marvin control the position. Pendragon can't do much from the bottom here.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The fighters circling - Pendragon throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Pendragon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

That's four minutes gone in the round. Pendragon has a closed guard, preventing Marvin from standing up. Pendragon wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Marvin trying to control the position from guard on top but Pendragon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pendragon is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Pendragon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Raul Pendragon is winning the standup battle so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pendragon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
