Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Jordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Revens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Jordon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ronald Revens! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Revens is looking to clinch. Revens throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jordon was covering up waiting for the punch and Revens finishes the takedown easily into guard. Revens tries to free his leg and advance position but Jordon is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Revens is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Revens working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jordon tries to strike from the bottom.
Jordon is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Revens trying to control the position from guard on top but Jordon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jordon is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Revens forces his way into half guard. Jordon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Revens is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Revens is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Revens prevents Jordon from standing back up.
Jordon is trying is best to control the position here. Revens looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jordon with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Jordon is trying to maintain the position but Revens is very close to passing his half guard. Jordon is breathing heavily. Revens is looking for a kimura but Jordon is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Revens to get the leverage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Revens has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jordon defend it? Revens steps over the head and cranks it - Jordon is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Revens!
