Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Gillis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ledil Kuch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gillis's entrance music is I Don't Feel Like Dancing - Scissor Sisters. A fine choice. Kuch has chosen Bob Seger - Turn the Page as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ledil Kuch!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gillis throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kuch throws a nice head kick!


It looks like Jamie Gillis has been cut.
Gillis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kuch tries to clinch but Gillis moves out of range.
Gillis thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gillis walks into a left hand.
Gillis has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Kuch.
Gillis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Gillis misses with a takedown attempt - Kuch sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Oh Gillis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kuch throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kuch drops Gillis onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Gillis is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Kuch pushes Gillis back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kuch takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Gillis closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gillis lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ledil Kuch showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Kuch moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kuch has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Gillis blocks a leg kick.
Kuch cracks Gillis with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Ledil Kuch seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Kuch dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gillis. That did some damage!
Kuch lands a jab to the nose.
Jamie Gillis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kuch tries to land a leg kick but Gillis saw it coming and moves away.
Kuch comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gillis gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kuch points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Gillis wakes up just in time to hear Kuch thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ledil Kuch!
A relieved looking Ledil Kuch thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
