Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Machina moves away from the strike by Thomas.
Thomas moves into the clinch.
Thomas lands a nice elbow.
Thomas manages to break the clinch.
Thomas throws a right hand that Machina ducks under and follows up with a left that Machina also avoids with ease.
Machina sizes up Thomas with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Thomas walks into a left hand.

Machina ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thomas moves away.
Thomas takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Thomas throws a right and a left that Machina avoids nicely.

Thomas fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Machina, pushing him back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thomas comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Machina wants to break free but Thomas has control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Machina wants to break the clinch but can't.
Thomas breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Machina lands a really nice looking cross but Thomas seems unphased.
Machina avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Thomas misses with a double jab.
Thomas looks gassed!
Thomas throws a jab when Machina was well out of range.
Thomas fails to land with a series of punches.
Thomas is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Machina smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Thomas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Machina to score with a decent uppercut.
Machina darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Machina is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
A telegraphed right hand from Thomas misses the target.
Machina slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Machina is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Sloppy strikes from Machina. Those never looked like landing.
Thomas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Machina counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Machina jabs at Thomas's body.
Machina scores with a body shot.
Thomas moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Machina cracks Thomas with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Machina takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Machina feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thomass jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Thomas takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Thomas tries to move into range but Machina moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A jab from Machina does it's job there.
Thomas is rocked!
Machina slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Thomas is still on wobbly legs! Can Machina finish him?
A jab lands there for Machina.
Thomas gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Machina throws out a powerful jab.
Machina lands with an uppercut that bounces Thomas off the cage and back into rage.
Thomas walks straight into a right hand from Machina - that's dropped him! Machina jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Thomas from any more punishment! Thomas complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Deus Ex Machina!
