Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dolly Parton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parton has chosen call to prayer as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dolly Parton is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parton shoots in for a takedown but Jane shows good takedown defense.
Parton avoids the head kick by Jane.
Parton takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Parton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jane as he avoids it easily.
An inside leg kick lands from Jane.
Parton misses with a takedown attempt - Jane sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Patrick Jane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dolly Parton.
Horrible takedown by Parton or perhaps it was just good defense by Jane which made him look bad.
Parton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jane defends it nicely.
Parton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jane sprawls well. Jane wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Parton gets slowly back to his feet.

Parton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jane tries to avoid it but Parton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jane to the ground. Jane escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Parton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
No luck for Parton with that takedown attempt.

Parton takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Jane pushes Parton up against the cage in a clinch.
Jane throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Partons head.
Parton drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Parton has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jane avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Jane pushes Parton back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jane is pressed up against the cage. Parton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jane down to the mat. Jane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jane creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Parton drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jane pulls his leg out and moves away.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Jane clinches.
Parton seems to have recovered his senses.
