The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salvador misses with a series of wild punches.
The fighters circling - Salvador throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Trout is fighting off a takedown attempt but Salvador is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Trout to the mat. Trout regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Salvador is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round but I would say that Diego Salvador will probably get the nod.

Salvador changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Trout looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Salvador cracks Trout with a big right hand but Trout just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Salvador looks up at the clock and then as Trout takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Salvador smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

A very excited looking Mick Trout rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
