Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gavrilov slips a jab and a cross from Boy.
Boy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Boy misses with a double jab.
Boy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gavrilov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Boy was covering up waiting for the punch and Gavrilov finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Gavrilov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boy is looking to sweep but instead, Gavrilov has passed into half guard.

Gavrilov stands up and beckons Boy to join him on the feet.

Gavrilov shoots in looking for a takedown. Boy tries to sprawl out of it but Gavrilov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gavrilov rushes Boy and presses him up against the cage.
Boy tries to throw a body punch but Gavrilov avoids it by throwing Boy back against the cage.
Gavrilov misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Gavrilov jumps guard and drags Boy to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Gavrilov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gavrilov has his feet on Boy's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Boy misses with a jab, cross combination.

Gavrilov dives in and scores a takedown into Boy's guard.
Gavrilov postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Boy pushes Gavrilov off but Gavrilov dives into side control.
Gavrilov has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Boy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gavrilov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boy looks gassed!
Gavrilov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Gavrilov has isolated one of Boy's arms. Boy looking to fight him off but Gavrilov twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
