Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Rui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rui has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. On his way into the cage it seems that Mike Bater has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mike Bater seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bater lands a left and a right that send Rui crashing to the mat, dazed. Bater thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Anderson Rui has been cut.
Rui looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bater rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rui moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bater misses with a series of wild punches.
Bater throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rui doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Mike Bater seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Bater engages and cracks Rui with a massive lead left hook - Rui tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Bater is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
