Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mu Cephei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angelo Zed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angelo Zed has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mu Cephei's chin.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Cephei.
Zed fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Zed throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cephei tries to clinch but Zed moves out of range.
Cephei works the jab nicely.
Zed lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cephei takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Zed moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Mu Cephei has been cut.
Cephei tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zed swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cephei shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zed counters with a body kick that stops Cephei in his tracks momentarily.
Cephei misses with a takedown
and Zed counters with a right hand to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mu Cephei. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cephei is breathing heavily.
A left lands for Cephei.

Zed lands a big head kick that sends Cephei tumbling to the mat! Zed takes a step backwards and waves Cephei back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cephei tries to clinch but Zed is having none of it.
Cephei moves to clinch but Zed breaks away
and Zed counters with a right hand to the body.

and Zed counters with a crisp right that sends Cephei to the canvas! Zed follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
