Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Ingerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bj Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Ingerson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bj Gracie! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie looks for a takedown but Ingerson sprawls well. Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Ingerson, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Ingerson against the cage but Ingerson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ingerson tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ingerson dives in and grabs Gracie's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes down on Ingerson's head and hops out. Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Ingerson sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mark Ingerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bj Gracie. Ingerson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Gracie counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ingerson's guard now. Gracie trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ingerson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Gracie looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gracie trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie postures up.
Mark Ingerson has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Ingerson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ingerson doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
Ingerson fails in his attempt to clinch. Gracie with a lazy takedown attempt and Ingerson counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Ingerson pushes Gracie up against the cage in a clinch. Ingerson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie drags the fight down to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ingerson trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom. Gracie lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ingerson! Gracie takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gracie can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ingerson is looking to escape. Gracie postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ingerson looks a forlorn figure.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ingerson blocking the ground and pound. Gracie throws some wild stikes that Ingerson manages to avoid easily.
Gracie trying to control but Ingerson is having none of it. Gracie looking to ground and pound but Ingerson is blocking nicely. Gracie can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ingerson is looking to escape. Gracie lands a nice shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie avoids the attempt from Ingerson to control. Gracie tries to control but Ingerson wriggling away. Gracie working the ground and pound effectively.
Gracie takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gracie jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ingerson manages to avoid the submission attempt. Gracie throwing shots but missing, from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ingerson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gracie shoots in but Ingerson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Gracie has his takedown stuffed and Ingerson counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Ingerson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ingerson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gracie pinned against the cage. Gracie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Ingerson wants to stand and escape but Gracie is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ingerson keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gracie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mark Ingerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bj Gracie. Ingerson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Gracie. Ingerson scores with a nice head shot. Gracie fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gracie misses with a takedown and Ingerson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ingerson tries to free his leg and advance position but Gracie is retaining full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ingerson trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom. Gracie wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ingerson is aware though and is defending well. Ingerson throws a big right hand that misses. Ingerson won't allow Gracie to sweep him here. Bj Gracie has got the better of the ground game so far. Gracie is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Ingerson trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom.
We're going to have a standup here because Mark Ingerson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Gracie stuffs the takedown attempt from Ingerson. Ingerson gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ingerson has a takedown stuffed. Gracie tries to bum rush Ingerson with a series of wild strikes but Ingerson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gracie stuffs the takedown attempt from Ingerson. Ingerson gets slowly back to his feet. Ingerson slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ingerson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gracie tries to avoid it but Ingerson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gracie to the ground. Gracie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Ingerson will probably get the nod. That's time! Ingerson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ingerson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie. Mark Ingerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bj Gracie. Ingerson gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gracie jumps guard and drags Ingerson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Gracie wants to sweep here but Ingerson controlling him for the moment. Ingerson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Gracie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ingerson defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie has a closed guard, preventing Ingerson from standing up. Ingerson looking to sit in guard and control but Gracie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ingerson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gracie. Ingerson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ingerson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Ingerson holds him up against the cage and eventually Gracie drops back down to his feet.
Gracie works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Gracie missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Gracie looking to pass the guard. Gracie looking to sit in guard and control but Ingerson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ingerson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ingerson tries to free his leg and advance position but Gracie is retaining full guard. Gracie is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Gracie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Ingerson is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gracie thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ingerson's head. Gracie sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ingerson defending well though. Gracie works his way into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ingerson managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Gracie.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gracie in side control, throwing shots but Ingerson defends. Gracie creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
And that's the end of the fight! Bj Gracie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gracie has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
