Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes into the arena with blaring out of the sound system. Gracie is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Fort Minor - Petrified (Gracie Remix). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Johnson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.

Gracie darts in and clinches Johnson up against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gracie clobbers Johnson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Johnson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gracie is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Christopher Gracie dominated that round.
That's time! Johnson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Johnson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gracie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Johnson throws a combination. Gracie tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Gracie rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Johnson counters with a good low kick that Gracie was not able to check.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jeremy Johnson will probably get the nod.

Gracie is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Johnson is hurt! He's hurt bad - Gracie fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Johnson from any more punishment! Congratulations to Gracie! Great finish!
